Okay, first things first, you are all welcome to join in here with dicussion, comments, etc. I'm putting this up because it will be easier to provide you all with links, etc. this way than writing it out by hand.
This is the first, and probably most important part.
As a portion of your final exam grade, you are required to pass the online course "Basic Security in the Field -- Staff Safety, Health, and Welfare" for UNOPS. This can be accessed at: http://training.unops.org/
It will take a while to do it, and can be done in sections. I would suggest you start early so that you have time to complete it. You will need to login the first time you use it. Make up your own password, and follow the instructions.
When you have completed it, have the final certificate printed and mail to me, or e-mail it to me at mary.matthews@tethysconsultants.com
